My girlfriends and I first saw this when it was in theaters nine years ago. We went into it not knowing anything about it, but we came out of the dark theaters into the sunlight still laughing hysterically. This is a most excellent movie, with every actor/actress playing the perfect parts. Parker Posey, especially, does a superb job. This is the best movie on mocking show dogs and what owners go through to get first place. It’s a bit dark and has the feel of a documentary but still movie-ish enough. Absolutely fabulous! – [imdb]

I completely agree! This is one of my all time favorites. Parker Posey nearly steals the entire movie with her hilarious over the top performance. The rest of cast is also amazing. Jane Lynch, Chris Guest, John Michael Higgins, Fred Willard, and well… the entire cast really does outstanding. An interesting thing about the movie is that there is no script, it is all improve. I strongly recommend this movie! I will admit that not everyone will like it, it is an indie film, which I know doesn’t appeal to everyone. But, give it chance, you might be surprised!
